5 Ways to Mix Up Your Hoop Flow

Here are 5 easy ways to mix up your hooping! #ebbandflow

1) No hands - pretty straight forward, don’t use your hands! Try switching directions with your neck or thigh!

2) Only use one arm. Have your other hand in a perpetual spirit fingers, on your hip, or behind your back. See how it stretches the limits of your creative hooping when you can’t use your other arm.

3) Change direction. If you hoop counterclockwise with a right dominant hand, mix it up with clockwise hooping or switching to your nondominant hand for tricks.

4) Blindfold. Wear a blindfold during your next hoop session and the lack of sight will heighten your other senses when hooping.

5) 3 second limit per trick. Every 3 seconds change up what you’re doing. This one is a total brain workout so don’t fret if you can only do it for a short while.
