We gladly accept cancellations

Request a cancellation within: 2 hours of purchase through email to dancehoopsproductions@gmail.com

We don't accept returns or exchanges

But please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

Returns and exchange details

We offer FREE REPAIRS on ALL OUR HOOPS!
That means if you accidentally break your hoop we will fix the connection or cut-down/modify your hoop to remove any kinks/cracks free of charge (buyer only pays shipping!)

If you are unhappy about your order please contact us to discuss the problem! Your purchase guarantees a product that you or your loved one will enjoy!

We will do our best to help you with any issues on items in the event that they are damaged in shipping or does not look as pictured. If this is the case please notify us within 48 HOURS of delivery and send a photo so we can remedy the issue.

If your hoop is too small or large for use, we can give you detailed instructions on shortening your hoop or we offer segments to extend the diameter of your hoop to an operable size. You can also send it back and we will modify it to your needs for FREE (buyer pays shipping). We do not offer refunds due to "change of mind."

Items lost in the mail are covered with USPS insurance but there are occasionally delays in this expedited service, especially in winter months/holidays. Let me know if you feel this has happened with your order and the USPS is no help! If you feel your item has been lost / stolen please contact us ASAP so we can assist in tracking down your package. To get things rolling you can file a claim with USPS.com and the tracking number. USPS has GPS scans for their "delivered" tracking so if they dropped it off somewhere else they can get it back to you!

If you change your mind within 2 hours of purchase we will honor a full refund. Refunds take around 5 business days to appear back onto your credit card or into your bank account through paypal. In the event that the item is being shipped late we will do our best to contact you regarding any delays. However the items are customized and made to order and the stated handling time are estimates only due to fluctuations in demand. If it does take longer than the estimated handling time we apologize but it is not a basis for cancellation eligibility.

fluctuates and is listed in the announcement bar. We ship orders out Monday-Saturday. If you need the hoop by a certain date please email dancehoopsproductions@gmail.com before purchase.

Please let me know of your hoop specifications on custom hoops (colors and sizes) so I can hold up the ship-by date for you.

All domestic US orders over 1lb are shipped USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). All domestic US orders under 1lb are shipped standard USPS Ground class mail with insurance (2-7 business days) unless a Priority Mail upgrade is purchased at checkout.

All wholesale or 3+ hoop orders are shipped USPS Parcel Post unless the postage charged can be covered under Priority (CA, OR, WA, NV, AZ are usually Priority for wholesale). All orders include insurance and delivery confirmation.
